The architecture for the Kensington community entrance is complete!

Every book has a cover and every new home community has a community entrance. The entrance is one of the best ways to set the tone and theme for a community. This is important, to truly showcase a cohesive design. The goal for Kensington was to have one of the most striking community entrances in the area, to match the grand home designs within. Design

This English inspired structure is directly influenced by Kensington Palace, in particular, the garden entry gates. The white stone, sleek rod iron finishes, and characteristic archway are all aspects that help tie the English garden inspirations throughout the community, together. In addition to the architecture, the theme is carried through the landscaping. Once spring arrives, the expertly designed gardens will fully bloom to unveil color and beauty at the community entrance, and along the boulevard.

Privacy

Did you almost forget that Kensington is located off Fields Ertel Road and just minutes from the busy, I-71? Kensington’s community entrance was designed to create a luxury oasis for new homes with the convenience of a great location. The entrance creates the feeling of being separated from the bustle.
