Kensington was recently featured in the Cincinnati Business Courier for the rapid sales of Deerfield Township new homes in 2018. The first homes are beginning to reach completion, in addition to the recently completed entry monument off Fields Ertel Road.
The Mason City Schools community, Kensington, ended the year with an impressive 21 homes sold. The community just opened for sale in the summer of 2018. J&K Custom Homes, one of the preferred builders in Kensington, is a part of this success with the highest priced home sale of $1.42 million in the Estate section.
“We continue to see strong traffic as the community officially takes shape with homes and amenities reaching completion. We are eager for 2019 and anticipate continued success,” said Greg Berling, Co-Developer of Kensington.
The $100 million development features three new home collections. The Estate Homes showcase custom designs on half to one-acre homesites, starting from the $800’s to the $1.5 million+. The featured builders are Classic Living Homes, J&K Custom Homes, Robert Lucke Homes, WP Land Company, and the most recent addition, Justin Doyle Homes. Fischer Homes is the featured builder of the Executive and Lifestyle Homes collections with prices starting from the mid $400’s to the $800’s+.
